Billing

Payments, invoices and sales tax are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via “Manage billing” on the site or the link in your Creem receipt. See the Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee).

Conversion problems

Because your statements never leave your browser, we can't see them. If a statement doesn't convert correctly, describe the bank and layout (e.g. separate debit/credit columns, running balance) — please don't send real statements with personal data.
